“I’ve unfortunately used most of the pharmacies in town and I’ve been using Walmart for awhile. This one for me is the best! All my medications are ready within the day ordered and so far everyone has been very nice and explain whatever is needed.
I can’t say any of that for the other pharmacy’s.”

“Stopped by the pharmacy after lunch and they had a huge line already. Thankfully, everyone in the cage was working their butts off! We did not have to wait too long and Gina (?? idk spelling) was super helpful and informative for us! I hope everyone working the pharmacy today gets appropriate kudos from corporate!”

“I saw all the bad reviews from a couple years ago, so I thought I'd post a more recent positive review.
I used them years ago and they were always great, but when I lost my insurance SaveMart was much cheaper so I switched. Then SaveMart shut down all their pharmacies (I really miss them!) and I switched back to Raley's maybe a year and a half ago.
I have ALL our household prescriptions sent here. My son has 2, I have 5+ through 2 different doctors, and my brother in law, who has Parkinson's, gets A LOT from a few different doctors. We've NEVER had to wait for any of our prescriptions. My doctor sends them over while I'm still in their office on Nye Lane in North Carson, and usually before I've even passed Raley's in South Carson I already have a text it's ready.
On the very rare occasions when they haven't had the stock to fill a certain prescription, they have always given us a few pills to get by until they get more in.
The line when I go to pick up our prescriptions is usually non-existent, and when there IS a line, it moves pretty quickly. Consultations are quick and easy.

They've been so helpful to me since my kid and I no longer have insurance! If our doc sends a new script to fill, and it's outrageously expensive, they always call me first to see if I really want them to fill a $300 script and have back up recommendations for me. There was a time recently when we went back and forth between the pharmacy and our doctor to find an affordable version of a particular medication. They were insanely helpful, and are currently saving me $350/month on that aforementioned medication.
I've been in pain management for 20 years now, and have been to EVERY local pharmacy over the years. Walmart and Walgreens were always hell to deal with - long lines, long waits, no inventory to fill medication that I need daily and no help for the 2-4 days I had to wait in agony for their stock to come in. Completely unsympathetic pharmacists and techs.
Smith's seems good, but they don't ever seem to take on new customers so I've never been able to get in there.
Now that SaveMart is gone, I've found Raley's to have the best prices and service. They're quick and on the ball before I even need it most of the time!
They may have had some staff issues a couple years ago, (at least that's what I assume from reading all the bad reviews), but as of June 2025 I believe them to be the best in Carson City.
Or maybe I should say they're the worst so I can keep enjoying those short lines.?”

“I just had a great experience with Ethan the pharmacist. He was courteous, kind and really helpful. I also saw him interact with compassion and kindness with another elderly customer who didn't have his insurance card. those qualities go a long way with me.”

“The pharmacy in Carson City, NV .. has fantastic service, friendly staff and also have my medications done quickly . The manger Shannon I could see how great she is with her employees and customers. What I love most about this pharmacy, is they do care and that’s it’s not just a job, I have to say I love that about Tanya, Becky and Opal and Shannon I like to give everyone there a 10 star.. but don’t know all their names. I am so lucky I got them as my pharmacy! I don’t understand why anyone would give them a less of a star rating. People need to understand they are people doing their very best and appreciate them for it! But sadly Tanya left .. so sad will differently be missed! She was an amazing women.. took great care of me and I know she was great with her employees as will as the customers. I’m sure other customers will be sad she left as well!?As always fantastic sevice !”
