Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off, just a bunch of Karens complaining that they didn’t get special treatment. I went for the first time today and the entire staff was super friendly with me, no issues at all and I got what I came for.

Fun but frustrating. Don't bother if you're looking for body panels, and not just because they buy wrecks. I think they lack care prepping vehicles. I went in because I needed a new door and mirror. The posted photo looked fantastic. Just 5 days after placing the vehicle the mirror was ripped off and the door was dented. I suspect they smashed it with the loader. But, if you can find what you need it's cheap. I can regularly find parts for 1/3 the cost of new.

Not worth it. Pay more than a new part or the same as other yards but you have to go pull the part yourself. They're not a junkyard they're a scrapping business. You're just there to help strip the scrap metal.

My husband and his friend went to this store to get some front end parts. Not only were the people who worked there rude to them when they asked them a question about a vehicle they didnt try to help them at all. On the way put they were they only two who's bags got checked. Excuse me! It would be fine if they searched everyone's bags but they only searched my husband and his friends bags. No customer service skills. Treat people how you want to be treated! Shame on you

Went to this Pick-N-Pull to get some vehicle door glasses for a vehicle for our daughters car, all glasses were shattered. This place is so organized I couldn't believe my eyes. KC, Haley Roni all were helpful in guiding us and so very friendly. We found our donor vehicle, and removed all the glass in a short time, found some other parts and loaded them up on a little wagon they supplied us with. Now I've been to other Pick-N-Pulls, but none like this one, it was a real pleasure for sure, thanks.

It would be really cool if they abided by the policies listed on their website it's awesome showing up at the last second and finding that they have added on extra restrictions after driving over an hour to get here

A pathetic version of it's past self. Overpriced, rude staff that look like homeless people, no kids allowed, and you have to sign a waiver just to get in... don't waste your time, you'll get better prices online.

Called multiple times to try to get someone to let me know if they still had a door for a truck I needed. It was the only one online in 250miles. I'm from CA so it was a 3hr drive and didn't want to waste time and gas for no reason. They all refused to take the 2min to help me out because "we don't do that". Drove out there and of course the door was missing. Horrible customer service.

Only go here if it is last or only place you can go. Horrid customer service, entry fee (non refundable, so basically just give them your money for no friggen reason) Lot only partially maintained, so you may have to walk it twice or fifty times to fine the unit you went looking for, typically you won't be impressed by this place.
