Apparently Preferred auto body does NOT work on automobiles older than 2016. My insurance company AARP THE HARTFORD has them as a preferred provider but they wouldn't even take a look at my 2006 Nissan Titan.

Over the past 30 years I have had occasions to need body work on my vehicles, and recently I had an issue with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. I chose to take it to Preferred Auto Body and could not be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Brian kept me updated with regular text messages, so I always knew the status of my repair. They also priced 2 matching tires for me at 35% less than what Carson City Nissan quoted--proof of their fair and competitive pricing. What truly set them apart, was the attention to detail. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was the body work completed perfectly, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interior had been completely cleaned. Preferred Auto Body delivers a rare combination of excellent customer service, honest pricing and going abve and beyond expectations. I was impressed from the moment I drove onto the property and did not have to maneuver around a bunch of wrecked vehicles to find a parking spot. The facility was clean and well maintained.
The estimator was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and explained my options to me.
When I dropped off the vehicle I was taken care of immediately and quickly and they called the rental company to come pick me up.
They kept me updated with text messages throughout the course of repairs and completed the repairs a day earlier than expected.
The repairs exceeded my expectations and they even polished the fogged lens cover on the non damaged side!
I highly recommend Preferred Auto Body for any needed auto body repairs.
