“These guys are wonderful. We had to reschedule our first appointment to get a trailer hitch installed, and they were very accommodating with that change. Charles was very polite and welcoming and directed me to a (very) nearby Starbucks to wait. My car was done in the time promised and another person gave me a call and a text when it was finished. The shop is clean and has everything a U-Haul customer would want and need. Would definitely use again!”

“I've never had any serious issues, they deliver it and thats great. One time had an issue and the call center in a foreign country kept messing it up, so just drove over to the facility and spoke to my delivery guy in person and got it fixed right away.”
