Phlebotomist was unpleasant. Print out your lab order! It doesn’t matter if your provider says Quest should receive it electronically. She still wants that print out like it’s still the 90’s.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Got a same day appointment, ordered my tests online, and was seen early.
My primary care would’ve required multiple referrals and at least a month wait to get this done through them.

The phlebotomist had a sour attitude...was slower than any I've seen... either by choice or she is just bad. Also closed early for "things to do". If you are going to understaff a location... don't put someone in there that has a bad attitude. A lil proactive info and kindness goes a long way. I'm not going there ever again. One regular told me the old phlebotomist that's gone was fast and super nice.

They closed early for lunch which made me miss my appointment. Then I rescheduled, but the incompetent people who worked here didn't know their building would be closed for a holiday bc they themselves weren't closed for it. No accountability from them, just excuses both times. Now I just to locations in Reno, no issues with them

Made an appointment for 5-17-2024 for 10:40A.M. I showed up at 10:20A.M, Did not get in to do blood work until 11:20 A.M. That's 40 minutes after my appointed time. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You need more than ONE technician on duty.

The process from scheduling my appt and to the drawing of blood was seamless. I got there early, and the assistant took me right in after check-in. I received the results the next day.

“They take walk ins, just go around the corner” so I do as my MD instructed. I walk in to find a flustered and beleaguered phlebotomist making a ton of excuses in an empty lobby. I’m literally the only person there, well before closing, and they “do take walk ins, but can’t fit me in”. Again, there was no one else waiting or checked in. She just wanted to close shop and check out. Thanks for refusing services to a disabled person, because it’s terribly convenient for me to “come back tomorrow with an appointment”. That’s okay, I prefer to LIKE and trust my phlebotomists; and I neither like nor trust you. Inconsiderate and rude.
(Tsk, couldn’t be bothered to give me the time of day, but could make a bunch of irrelevant excuses. Cool! What a fun way to lose clients and treat patients! I hope you really enjoy this one, Management!)
