Went in yesterday needing a new pair of tough work shoes. Dianna was friendly, new exactly what to recommend, scanned my feet, and got me set up. I even sent in an employee to go get a pair of new work shoes.

I’ve been going to Red Wing for my work boots for about 6 years now. This last time there was a new worker, sized me wrong and pushed me out the door. I went back because I was having issues with the boots. Deanna the manager helped me until I found the right the pair that didn’t give me all the problems the last pair did. I’m grateful for their willingness to work with me. I’m a return customer for sure.
