I got a French tip manicure in Reno and was not happy with my results, I had less than 24 hours to fix the problem as I had to leave for wedding the next morning.Thanh came to my rescue! He redid the manicure same day in less than half the time the first person did it. His work is beautiful, and I am so glad he was able to help me! Thank you Thanh!!!

My wife's birthday was today and I wanted to make it special for her, so I decided to take her to Regal Nails in the north Walmart in Carson City. But I didn't want to just sit on the sidelines while she got pampered, so I decided to join her and hold her hand. What made this salon stand out from others was that they had multiple chairs right next to each other, allowing us to have a spa day together. The experience was truly amazing, from the moment we walked in. As my wife got her pedicure, I got to relax in a premium massage chair with multiple settings. It was a perfect way to spend quality time together while also getting pampered. Yen, the lady who worked on me, was not only super nice but also had incredible strength. Her attention to detail and skill made the pedicure even more enjoyable. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the shop was, making us feel comfortable and at ease. And the best part? The pricing was very affordable with no hidden surprises. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my wife's birthday. I have to give a shoutout to Tom, the gentleman who answered the phone and greeted us at the front. He was extremely friendly and made sure my wife was pampered the entire time. Overall, it was an amazing day and my wife was overjoyed. We will definitely be returning to Regal Nails for our next pampering session.

This place has a new owner, it's been cleaned up, the prices are very fair. My husband likes to go with me and get a pedicure too.

The service at this place is disappointing. During my pedicure, the removal of calluses was not done properly, and when I expressed my concerns, the technician admitted she wasn't skilled in pedicures or nail art. It was a frustrating experience.

My best professional advice is to never go there. Wasting your time and your money. If I could give no stars I would. I had the worst Pedicure I've ever had in my entire life. The lady that did it just went through the motions. I do have a cut on my toe, and when she was trying to file my toenail, this is the second time I've been there, I should've known better. A terrible Polish job on my toes. I had to come home and take polish off and redo the polish on my toes nails. The other Walmart is just as bad. I don't think any of them speak English or they just want you to believe they don't speak English. Worst customer service ever. Worst pedicure ever. I'll never go back.

“BEWARE SCAM!!!!” I asked for a pedicure. Apparently they have all these extra charges without letting you know what they are doing is going to be an extra charge to you in the end. I paid for extra things done that I never asked for. The things they did was a basic pedicure I had been used to receiving at any other salon. I called the next day as a different customer and asked what a pedicure costs. I was told one price for pedicure and regular polish, then a higher price for gel polish. This price I paid the previous night was much higher than the prices quoted to me!! When I explained I was charged this much higher price the lady started to explain a price for this or that and a deluxe pedicure. I explained I asked for a regular pedicure and I handed them nail polish that was switched to a gel color. I explained I was never asked. Then it was asked if I had color removal done and that is an extra charge, if I had calluses removed that was extra charge. Isn’t that part of a pedicure anywhere pedicures are done?! To top it off they cut my toe nails way to short, right at the quick! While I was there they made another lady wait to have her nails repaired. She called that morning about the nails cracking and chipping. I heard the lady saying she called in that morning and was told she would get a refund. The woman refused her the refund but offered to fix them. The lady said she had already been there twice for the repairs, she just wanted a refund. Poor lady was still waiting to get her repair work when I was leaving. After hearing her story and seeing how my pedicure was being done with my nails, I decided I was not going to let them do a manicure on mine!!

I got a major foot fungus after a spa pedicure here. Not sanitary at all. the don't speak english and play the d*** card... do not recommend.

My nails have never looked this bad. I asked for french tip nails, everything was going great but she didnt even ask how long i wanted my nails. She just cut them and when i asked to make them longer she said no this is okay. I then showed her a reffrence photo. My nails look nothing like my reffrence. This is my 3rd time coming and all they have ever done is dissapoint. I am for sure never coming back.
