Lady dumped hot wax in my eye and it took forever to get it out. Lost a bunch of eyelashes. My eye is still sticky. And they happily charged me full price. Don’t get your eyebrows waxed. Zero stars.

I always get my pedicures done here! They do amazing, it doesn't matter who you see. The polish is never on my skin it's always clean cut. They do a great job at not cutting my toe nails too short. Massage for a decent amount of time! 10/10 for pedicures ( I have never had a manicure here ) I don't live in Nevada anymore but I visit Reno ever few months & make the drive into Carson just to get a pedicure. I have never left disappointed!!

Holy cow...don't go here! We made appointments for 5 pedicures. Got here and they sat 3 and started on 2. Last 2 got seated. The techs were arguing the entire time. The older lady was actually yelling. One of the guys (older) didn't finish one gal's polish and made both of another girl's heels bleed. The older woman didn't completely get all the old polish off of another girl's nails (black) then painted pink over that... What a shitshow!!

Appointments mean nothing here. I made an appointment the day before and arrived on time on the day. One HOUR later they finally sat me in a chair. Chaos !

went in for a polish change. I ask where is the price list? no answerHow much is a polish change? she replies, $10.00 then proceeds to tell me, next time $15.00! I ask why next time $15.00? she replies, things have gone up!! How about a price list??? This place is a joke, do not go there? Unsanitary also... There will be no " next time"!!!!

As mentioned, I have done both acrylic nails and dips. I think it kind of depends on the technician you get. The acrylic nails weren’t so great, however, I gave them a second chance and got a dip in the technician was fabulous. The technicians name is Kim, and I’ve already proclaimed as she is my new best friend. On the left is the dip. On the right are the acrylics. The acrylics were just sloppy.Services: Dip powder
