I want to give a shout out to rent center Carson city ! They came to check my washer at almost 8 pm , the store is going a hard time right now . Two people quit and the whole staff has been sick So I say hurrah to rent a center

Highly DISSAPOINTED I ordered a full living room set and they canceled my delivery. Then they called trying to collect my second payment on the furniture I didn't even have in my possession yet. I asked if they could at minimum guarantee me a delivery date before I make a payment on something I don't even have yet. The female manager at this carson store said they could not deliver the set without the second payment made and they could not promise a guarantee delivery date. HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I was going to spend 3,000 but I canceled and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rent-A-Center always has excellent terms and always offers a same as cash price as well as free delivery and setup. I am very pleased with the service that I have received from my local Rent-A-Center for many years!

I love Johnny and the team they have all been so helpful and so nice it's been a joy renting from Rent-A-Center I've been out customer for many many years I've owned many things because of renter a center and I just love all y'all sooo much
