I've never gotten my hair cut before like she did. She did it dry instead of wet and my hair hasn't laid so well ever a day in it's life. My blonde looks much better after she re did my balayage. Really happy, chill and relaxing shampoo. Loving my new copper color, my hair feels healthy.
