I’m from out of state, so maybe my judgements are from a different place of expectations. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff. I was a bit caught off guard there were no first time customer discounts and the product were pretty high in price considering some carts weren’t even a full gram. — Again, clean and welcoming place I just find it hard to believe there aren’t more affordable options in Nevada if it’s legalized here.

Sat outside over 15 mins for curbside pick up... my order was placed 2 hours ago, it should not take this long...instead kept serving the walk-ins.

Customer service, not there, force you into a line, to sell you product. Not informative about the whole dispensary in a hole was there for Apparel, and other product, Asked for the manager, and very standoffish, not customer oriented. And did not make me feel comfortable. Which I had four friends in there with me at this time.
All spread out over the entire area. I do get that there was many people in the dispensary coming in and out of the area.. But on the apparel side and the other product that was for sale, there was no customer service for that, and the manager couldn’t explain to me what the product was for and how it was used in the middle of the dispensary area. As you walk in, there’s a peril there’s a center section and then there’s the product area, I did ask the Manager and expressed that I was interested in the other product, and and he couldn’t explain to me what that project was. And comfort me in the questions that I was asking, not with an attitude just trying to understand what I was looking at and what things were without being forced through the line I did end up, leaving without buying anything, and asked the gentleman at the front desk as I checked in what the managers name was and if he could help me. Which I appreciate, but didn’t know how to solve the problem because I asked for the managers name and at that point. I wasn’t in the argument stage. I was just asking questions and trying to learn about the product so I guess all in all the customer service was horrible. I understand we all have a job to do the customers right even if they’re wrong, please contact me, and I’d love to talk to somebody that will listen. thank you for caring if you care.

Usually have great service as I Usually walk in. I opted for delivery this time and first it was changed from a morning delivery (11am to 1pm) to an afternoon (1pm to 3pm) which I'm understanding of because things happen but I didn't get my delivery until 4pm. A whole hour later. So I didn't tip. I don't think a tip should be given for late service. I will continue just opting to walk in from now on.

They will just leave you waiting in curbside pickup, don't bother if you're going to order online just go inside to pick it up. Every time I try to pick up curbside I wait for 10+ min before giving up and going inside, only for them to tell me "I was calling for curbside and no one was answering, sorry man"
