I found a wonderful better homes & gardens kitchen set today. They have a separate standalone antique section with wonderful things. It's a very nice and clean store. The workers were very helpful. Chelsia was very cool and wrapped up my plates very securely.

Only thrift shop I’ve ever been to where the x-small and small women’s clothing is in the children’s section. I almost died laughing when I realized that’s where they were.

Lots to choose from. They didn't have any large pretty vases like I got here before. I'll have to try again later.

Stop complaining, it will always be better than paying full price. I actually paid 2.50 for a annoying popper pusher, big heavy weaved basket, coffee press. Then 4.00 for a stainless steel gravy boat with a hinged lid and this beautiful swan for 1.95. Have a Smile on my that is feeling great...and very rare it is!!

If you buy furniture make sure you check it before you load it. I bought a dresser this week and between my purchasing it in front and them moving it to the back, this happened. I'm pretty upset. Not to mention the feet got chewed up when it got tipped into the car. I didn't see it before loading it because they had it facing the wall, then I drove back to Reno and saw the damage after I pulled it back out of the car.
Also, they don't organize by size. They have time to separate men's clothes by color, but they can't be bothered to do it by size. I've given up going through clothes because I don't have hours to go through every single row of kid's, women's, or men's.
It's well spaced out. Not overly crowded and most of the staff is friendly. If you bring a newly potty trained toddler in there, make sure you have them go before it's urgent. They don't have a whole lot of pep in their step when you ask to be let in the bathroom.

So very sad. Not sure what has happen but the people they have working here now need to be HAPPY. I have witnessed and even came to the defense of a women being accused of pulling tags off products. I had picked the item up before the women, there was no tag. I placed it back. Then a few minutes later the lady asked about the price, the women replied, no tag, the highest price. I then heard her tell her coworker, she pulled the tag off we will show her. I told the lady what had happened. Instead of offering an apology to her, she said they do it all the time.
Today is 50% off with a jersey. Last week a gentleman checked my husband out with his football NFL TSHIRT. 50% off the one item. Today when he drove 54 miles, he was told must be a jersey. You must be kidding. We shop here all the time and this is the treatment. SO very SAD.

My Daughter and I were visiting from California and were so happy to see a Salvation Army store since all of ours were closed down. The store had plenty of parking and it was clean and organized inside we found alot of treasures to bring home we'll be sure to visit again when we're in Carson City

This place has gotten way too expensive! The “antique” section is a joke trashed worthless items for outrageous prices. Don’t forget they got everything for free.

This is a great place to find good quality items at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a handicapped person and although the entrance doors are difficult to negotiate getting in and out of the store because they're not set up for the disabled, the nice manager lady scurried over to help me with the doors and made sure I got to my car safely with my purchases. The store is clean and organized and uncluttered, the same with the restroom (very important). I like how the merchandise is organized in sections, easy to locate and labeled clearly (no junk). I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and not just to me. the whole time I was there I could hear, "Hi, welcome, come on in, and thank you, come back soon" by the smiling staff, they made me feel very safe there. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the Carson City store, I would rate it 10 stars if I could!
