Those gals in there know how to run a paint store! I had a small job of repainting my garage trim and zero clue walking in on what or where to begin. All the staff were extremely helpful and patient the 3 trips I had to make to the store. All around courteous, polite and professional. They had a lot of people coming in and out with all sorts of jobs ranging small like mine to much larger ones, but every time they handled with such speedy fluidity and personalized attention to each and every customer. Rare to see a business run so smoothly and efficient with such a wonderful staff. The store was so clean to really add the icing on the cake. Wish I had more paint jobs to be honest. ?

They were helpful and efficient and knowledgeable. Plus, I really like hpw the Emerald wall paint is going on the wall.

They were not helpful at all in matching the paint. I gave them the paint name/brand, rgb, hex and LSV even where it was online. I’m not sure what more information I can provide. I was given 7 swatches of varying degrees to figure it out myself, I can understand maybe 2 or 3 swatches that are close together but not this many. Nice people but not knowledgeable.

After looking at the color scan, we easily ordered 3 quart paint samples online to use on our new drywall so we can decide on the perfect color. The order was ready in a few hours. Richard at the store assisted with me during the pickup process and he was very helpful and friendly. The paint is good quality and we will gladly continue to deal with this Sherwin-Williams store in the future.

I thought all sherwin-williams were the same but seems prices are different per location, wont be buying at this location anymore, any home owners that are looking to work on their home projects, if sherwin-williams is what you want Reno sherwin-williams has better deals and pricing for everyone. Definitely worth the trip there.

I walked into the store with an old can of paint and the staff at this store were able to get me the correct paint (The can I came in with was primer - to my surprise - and I wanted the top coat). They were very helpful.
