“Postal Annex is an excellent way to mail packages. At the post office I would have to buy packaging tape and a label and then pay for shipping. Jess at Postal Annex was very helpful and super friendly. She taped the box up for me and printed out a label. So easy! When shipping, this is the place to go!”

“I’m hoping I have the correct location. I live in Moundhouse. I had a package delivered and I couldn’t find it so I called customer service. They told me that they tracked. It was really close to my house but I still couldn’t find it . . . I called back and they told me they would send the driver back out the next day to see if he could find it for me. I was satisfied with that then someone named D’nese called from the local hub and was trying to help me find it. She stayed on the line with me while I walked around looking for it. I still couldn’t find it so she got a hold of the driver and said he was going to come back out and help me find it right away. She called him and he gave very specific information on where it was. I had been walking right past it ? they both went above and beyond! I’m so grateful because the package had my medication in it.”

“Fast and easy Fed Ex shipping office. Parking is easy, except when the Starbucks is crowded. Just park on the street then. I bring in my pre labeled and paid packages and off hey go no prob! Never much of a line to wait either.”

“The owner was very pleasant and helpful as we had pulled up and was ready to go into the building however unbeknownst to us he had just locked the door!! But hadn't left and he was so nice to open back up.. as I needed help sending some Christmas presents last year and wanted them to receive right around the holidays. He has my business that's for sure!! Thank You so much ❤. I will be sending the same items again this week as I will be in michigan to see my family open up what I made for them this year ❤”
