This is the second time I have the services of SOS. First time in 2017 and now. Wonderful back in 2017 and still wonderful! Kirsten was delightful and very professional. Answered all my questions. Hopefully will not need a third time but if needed will absolutely call SOS.

I am very grateful for my experience with SierraOxygenServices. It took no time to get my equipment (arranged by a friendly scheduling person).
And then I’ve met Lori. AMAZING!! Very professional. Knows her equipment. Real good at her job. She answered any questions I had, she knew what I didn’t connect right, what should I adjust to get a better result. She could troubleshoot and fix the equipment without even look at it. Bravo, Lori!! Thank you very much for your help and expertise!!

This company has been a nightmare for me! Their equipment is old and unsafe. They treat their customers like total garbage! You shouldn't be spoken to or treated terribly just because you want to breathe! They have NO idea how to take care of people! They gossip about clients and make fun of them. Completely unprofessional and dangerous.

They responded quickly for the initial contact at the hospital and then promptly came to my residence with the accumulator and accessories. Very professional and took their time explaining the operation of the equipment.
