We Went in with cash in pocket looking to buy a 20ft enclossed trailer. After showing us where the trailer was he helped another customer so I opened the back to take a closer look. About this time he comes over and pulls the trailer door up. Ok I guess we are done looking is my thought . Very bad sales rep was looking to buy but after talking and seeing how he treated us I couldnt imagine buying a trailer from them.

When I spoke to the salesman on the phone that should have been my first clue. He was short and hung up.Then when we arrived he tried to sell us a utility trailer the ramp wouldn’t latch without lifting up. It was apparent they knew it was broken and tried to play it off.When we questioning him if anything else was wrong with trailed he told us we shouldn’t buy from them if we didn’t just take his word. Then he walked in the office and shut the door.Beware they aren’t selling quality or working trailers!!!!

Robert was very helpful and professional when we called before going to look at their inventory and when we were there to purchase a cargo trailer. Their prices seem to be less than other trailer dealers. Both Robert and Gary were efficient and made it very easy to complete the purchase. The transaction was no-nonsense, no-pressure, no up-selling, and completed in under an hour. I highly recommend their business.

Sold us a trailer with a defective tire. When we called to see about a replacement tire we were told we were out of luck. Where the tire split proves the tire was defective. Very bad business.
