Was very pleased with my service at this location. I found myself in urgent need of a replacement phone and first went to the store in South Lake Tahoe. I found out quickly that the franchise location wouldn't be able to fulfill my needs. I took a ride to Carson (the next closest store) and was immediately so impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff. Asaiah (I hope I spelled that close to correctly) helped me and was informative, friendly, and efficient. Without blaming anyone, he explained to me why the franchise store wasn't able to assist me in the same way. He listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy with any excessive upselling. He gave me exactly what I needed and got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. The new hire that he was training was very kind and friendly as well-he will make a great associate once he is fully trained. I never thought I would be motivated to right a 5 star review for a phone store after dishing out $900 on a new phone but the service was that good. Thank you gentlemen!

I was a victim of fraud and had to go and verify myself. It wasn't easy as I went thru so much hell and back because of this . Marcelo went above and beyond to correct the representatives of T-Mobile to make sure I get taken care of . Marcelo your a life savior and I hope you get a raise for this good deed that you did.

T-Mobile has by far the best customer service i have ever received. After losing my phone and being locked out of my T-Mobile account online i felt lost on what to do. After a helpful phone call with customer support i was directed to come to the store for further assistance. Robert was the team member that helped me solve everything in one visit. He is a master genius and very kind helpful soul that made the whole situation so much easier to bare. He managed to get me back into my account and give me all the information i needed to take further action with my account. He also saved my phone number from being lost and got me a new chip to use on my old phone. Big shoutout to Robert for taking the time to explain and guide me through the mess that i caused myself. I have never been so impressed with customer service from anywhere. I will definitely be spreading the word on how wonderful the service all around was. Thank you so so much.

Poor customer service, I went here with my daughter today to pay a bill and they were completely rude. The place is run by all young people who doesn't care about the customers they care about getting paid. They used to have a machine to pay the bill and skip waiting but they took it out. They also used to have a second store in Carson City but they closed it down so everyone comes to this place. I just wanted to pay a bill but they told me it would be a 2+, hour wait. I told them I couldn't do that because I have a doctor's appointment but they didn't care they and let other people cut in the line even though they just been helped they were rude to me and the manager yelled at me for no reason. I will no longer take my business here, I will take my business to the reno store. Sad that I have to go to Reno from Dayton just to pay a bill but that's the reality since the Reno business have more nice people who actually cares about their customers.

Linda and other employees were so helpful when trying to fix my problem. Best experience i’ve had in a store. Laughing and making jokes is 10/10 at this location. Got the problem fixed no matter how long it took. Everyone was so great.

We moved out of state, so phone service was a necessity! T-MOBILE never let us down during our transition to our new location, and set up of inet service. Reminds me of a movie called "Balto"; 'We'd have been lost without you!' Literally!

Okay, today I had the most pleasant experience in T-mobile on Topsy. The store manager Linda was a great help and a great blessing in helping me out with my situation. Her employee Marcelo was also an awesome guy he actually bought me a drink from Starbucks. Sean and the associate manager Josh were also great helps not only with helping me out, but other customers that were coming in and out of the store. I definitely recommend this store for ur phone needs or your billing issues. I'm extremely happy I came into the store today. They get 10 Stars from me today.. Thanks Linda!!!

Good customer service, however all the new fees, subscription costs, after being a customer for over 8 years I'm looking for actual service, honesty in price, t-mobile no longer is a choice carrier just another money hungry Corp
