So i moved out on Sunday the 1st of June. Swept out the unit, and made sure it was clean and ready to rent. The manager called me on the 3rd of June informing me she saw me move out on the 1st, but unfortunately she would have to charge me the entire month per the contract. I think at a minimum, since the first of the month fell on a Sunday they could have pro rated me until the next business day. Bad business in my opinion, I would recommend staying clear of this place. Also, the grounds are In poor condition.

This is a great place to rent from. Customer service is excellent and they are always very responsive and helpful.

I love this property. It has been here for years and is great. Tony used to be the manager here and he was awesome. You can tell they really care about the property. They have the larger units here, 10x20, that I keep my stuff in and they are so close, right across the hwy, to their newer facility which has smaller 10x10 climate controlled units I keep my tools and stuff in. Plus the Manager here just took over managing the other one too so I can talk to her about both of them.

This is the second time I've used StorWise! They are affordable and super friendly. They take great pride in security and I've never had concerns for my unit. I would recommend StorWise to anyone who needs short-term or long-term storage! They are wonderful!

All in all they've been really good look good the only thing that I don't like and probably most people don't like about storage units or any storage unit is if you're in there for a while they want to keep up in the rent they up the rent from 135 to a 185 in 5 months. Which is kind of ridiculous because they take no liability for anything that would happen you have to carry insurance. And of course the timing of it was perfect for when covid hit and everybody was getting evicted the advice it every storage unit in storage place started up in their rent because they knew that they were going to have people to fill them because they have no choice

I had an unexpected event happen in my life and had to move everything I own jnto a storage unit. Finding one was a challenge. And Finding a place that would be willing to meet me after hours was an even bigger challenge since I work very long hours. Luckily Storwise Self Storage in Carson City came through for me. The manager is a super awesome guy with a heart purer than I've ever seen. And he's got a funny sense of humor too.He was extremely helpful working around my work schedule. And he gave me a very fair price. I wish I had some sort of lighting in my unit or even an outlet so I could plug a light in so I can find what I need when I need it. Aside from that this place is well maintained, clean, has security cameras, gated code, and the maintenance guy is always there if you need anything.

5 STARS +++++. I needed last minute storage for a client who had to be out of their house that weekend. Brittany was able to mitigate my clients reluctance and stress factor for available storage by finding them what they needed. I deal with plenty of storage facilities day in and day out and Brittany at storwise is a class act and will continue to get my business.
