Michelle was able to provide friendly service while explaining the benefits customers can receive by continuing to fuel and shop at Terrible’s. Her positive attitude and hospitality should not go unnoticed. I continue to fuel and shop here due to small reasons as such. Thank you Michelle and crew!

BEST GAS STATION IN CARSON CITY. Free drink with gas purchase. The staff are so friendly and nice. I always stop in when I'm headed to Tahoe.

Needed had before heading home. Pumps work fast and was able to use my Safeway rewards... Discounted .20 cents off and that helps with premium fuel.

In our darkest hour, terribles had what we needed! This place was the opposite of terrible! 10/10, lovely service, selection, and convenience! C batteries when we needed them most!

When no one takes care of the receipt paper on their gas pumps during Covid or empty the trash bins at this place, it must be full of lazy people or a seriously lazy manager! You should see the photos of the overflowing trash bins! This place is ridiculous! They definitely live up to being terrible!!

I paid at the tank to get a car wash. Then I found the car wash is closed. I don’t go into public places during the pandemic, so I called their phone number. No one answers. After about 3 rings it sounds like i get connected to a FAX machine.
