“This thrift store is a sleeper. It appears rather small on the exterior, but it much larger inside. The amount of merchandise is nothing short of amazing and well organized, and most importantly, it's all well cleaned.”

“My teen and I like coming in here, browsing together. We love all the rustic decor. Everything is displayed so nicely. I’m going back in today to buy a little purse my daughter really likes, for her birthday on Tuesday! And the owners dogs are so cute!!”

“There is a lot to choose from and a big variety of just about anything. However, the price on some of the furniture is the highest I've seen compared to other local thrift stores. Other than that it's a nice place”

“This is a great place to find good quality items at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a handicapped person and although the entrance doors are difficult to negotiate getting in and out of the store because they're not set up for the disabled, the nice manager lady scurried over to help me with the doors and made sure I got to my car safely with my purchases. The store is clean and organized and uncluttered, the same with the restroom (very important). I like how the merchandise is organized in sections, easy to locate and labeled clearly (no junk). I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and not just to me. the whole time I was there I could hear, "Hi, welcome, come on in, and thank you, come back soon" by the smiling staff, they made me feel very safe there. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the Carson City store, I would rate it 10 stars if I could!”

“I am an avid thrifter, and although some of the lower reviews make good points, let me touch on something's: -Certain associates go above and beyond, while others rarely smile, let alone talk. You choose the establishments where you'll tolerate below standard service and this is one for me. I, now, know who is friendly and choose to converse with them and remain kind to the others. -prices are a bit high BUT the brands are more recognizable and the clothes are usually in great condition. -THIS STORE IS SIZED. This is my #1 complaint about 85% of stores in the area. This Goodwill is sized and organized very well. -They have fitting rooms! They do close before the store closes, but only a few minutes. -The toy section never gets a complaint from my gremlins. My kids always walk out with 1 (or 12) toys. -Clean bathrooms I'm here at least three times a month and I don't see that changing, so don't take my word for it, I don't want you buying the stuff I like. ;)”

“This is in my top 5 favorite thrift stores between the Reno-Sparks-Carson area. I usually hit them on Sundays, since clothes are half off. Purses are a flat price and there's dressing rooms! Jewelry is a hit pricey otherwise I'd say they're reasonable! I always round up to donate to the shelter they help too. I'm always helped by the same cashier, although I haven't caught her name, she's very friendly.”
