“These guys genuinely seem to care about their customers! I called on a Saturday to try to get my car in to be looked at. The skid plate under my engine was dangling a little after driving in the snow the last few days and I wanted to be sure there wasn't any real damage! Not only were they open on a Saturday, but they said just swing by anytime! I got there and within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift and were replacing a body clip and some screws. They got my car down and said I was all done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it! Most other places would've charged me just to make easy money. I truly appreciate the genuine care these guys have for their customers and will keep them in mind for any future car needs!”
“We purchased an RV water pump from Custom Truck Accessories but ended up not needing it. When we attempted to return the item — completely unopened and in brand-new condition — we were surprised to be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy was never disclosed verbally at the time of purchase.
Update: Custom Truck Accessories came through and helped us resolve this issue. Thank you again!
While we understand that businesses may have return policies, charging such a high fee without clearly informing customers upfront feels misleading. If you’re considering buying from them, make sure to ask about return and restocking policies before completing your purchase.”

“I visited this location this morning after having called twice with a negative battery sensor dilemma. Cooper was one of the staff I spoke to on the phone and when I entered the shop in person, he was quick to jump in and continue to help me while hearing my spiel to the front desk. Cooper was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time out of his busy morning to come outside and help adjust/ fix my battery issue. I was so stressed, but his calm demeanor and helpful attitude made a world of difference to my morning! His fantastic work ethic made me want to continue to be a customer. He even went as far as guiding me, with a printout, for a full repair to my battery issue. Thanks again, Cooper! You are greatly appreciated.”
