“These guys are wonderful. We had to reschedule our first appointment to get a trailer hitch installed, and they were very accommodating with that change. Charles was very polite and welcoming and directed me to a (very) nearby Starbucks to wait. My car was done in the time promised and another person gave me a call and a text when it was finished. The shop is clean and has everything a U-Haul customer would want and need. Would definitely use again!”

“Came in to rent a moving truck and found they had a large selection on hand and trailers as well. After reading the reviews about this place, I was a little unsure of what to expect but the service I received was excellent. Of course, most of the negative reviews are in regards to getting propane refills. As far as my experience goes, the guy who helped me was very friendly, efficient and did a great job of handling multiple customers all at the same time and still managed to get me set up and on the road in minutes. I should note that the main lobby was filled with all kind of moving boxes, blankets, packing materials and even a wide array of trailer hitches and if in the future I ever need any of it, I will be sure to come back to this UHaul again. Now, the reason for holding off on a full 5 stars is because the truck I got was filthy. Not on the inside mind you but it looked like it just showed up after driving hours in the dirt and snow. And really, this wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that the windows were a mess and near impossible to see out of while driving into the setting sun as I left the facility. I literally had to pull over and try and make a clean spot before continuing on my way.”
