I booked a truck with them and the guy at the counter who was the supervisor on duty was a real ASS hole. He end up not tinting Mr the trunk because he could he said just because I was question what he was saying and ask to see it in writing. He walked me out and said that I can't rent from them again. Do not use them go some elsewhere .

These guys are wonderful. We had to reschedule our first appointment to get a trailer hitch installed, and they were very accommodating with that change. Charles was very polite and welcoming and directed me to a (very) nearby Starbucks to wait. My car was done in the time promised and another person gave me a call and a text when it was finished. The shop is clean and has everything a U-Haul customer would want and need. Would definitely use again!

Came here to rent an enclosed truck for 1 day. The lot was busy but organized. I ran into a couple of difficulties with my rental and the manager Jean-Paul could not have handled the issues any better. In fact, he went far above and beyond to resolve things. Well done! Recommend this business!

Over the years I have had some bad experiences at Uhauls in different states and mostly in Reno. We have now used this specific location 4 times and I would rate every single time I have been there as 5 stars. This last time we used it over the weekend was just another time it showed excellent customer service. Every time I walk in someone always acknowledges me and says I will right with you while they are helping another customer. The check in is easy. I never have to wait more than 5-10 min even if it's busy. In this case we were renting a trailer. We had some trouble with our electrical connection. Harley (hopefully right spelling) stayed with us to work through the issues to see if it was the trailer or our car, checked breakers, got a new connector. He showed customer service through and through. He was so helpful and nice throughout the entire process going over the top to make the experience very customer centered. He needs to be acknowledged by the business and also everyone in the store is always friendly and helpful. This place has a bad rating but we have never had that, we have always had a fantastic experience at this specific branch.

Quick friendly service... unlike I've EVER experienced at a U-Haul. This particular store seems to be the exception, not he tule.

Used to come here every couple weeks for propane. The lady was always super nice and helpful. But this winter has been different. I've stopped by 7 times to get filled but their propane is always "broken." At first I believed it because AmeriGas is bad at servicing their customers too. But the last two times I've gone by, the propane has been unlocked and everything is set out and ready to service tanks. (Stand, screwdriver, gloves etc) then the guy tells me oh yeah it's broken sorry can't help you. My assumption is it's a combination of it being broken and being lazy. Because if it's broken, why would you have it unlocked and ready? Regardless, if it is broken it's been 4 months of me coming by and I'm done. I kept trying because the manager lady treated me so well last year but, I've reached my breaking point. Just giving up on that place, seeing the picture option makes me wish I took a pic of it unlocked and ready.

When renting anything from Carson UHaul, Be careful because they will charge a cleaning fee without notifying you in advance. Even if you clean it yourself before returning, you will still be charged a cleaning fee. I completely swept out a small trailer before returning it. When I returned the trailer, the female attendant said everything was fine and she would email me a receipt. When it got the email, the receipt had an added cleaning fee. I immediately called Carson U-Haul and was on hold for 10 minutes before I spoke to Colin. I told Colin I had completely swept it beforehand and nobody said anything to me when I left that there was a problem. Colin charged me anyway.

Do not rent from them the owner is a cheat. There were problems with a rental where the key wouldn't even work. The vehicle never even left the facility. We were charged for the rental and refunded then charged again for driving it for 1 mile. I would like to know how it went one mile when it wouldn't start.
