The worst customer service. The guy at the counter not sure if he was manager or what, he was older than everyone else. I approached the counter and not a smile or pleasant reaction of any kind. I asked a question a d he responded curly, so I asked the question again to confirm they did in fact accept usps packages. He answered curtly again and still no pleasant attitude what so ever. So I advised him he was rude and he responded with no he wasn't rude I just wasn't asking the right question. I left the store and he was still arguing as I walked out the door. Mind you all the kids in there are always pleasant but this guy needs to take some courses in customer service.

I recently had a return to make and stopped by The UPS Store in Carson City. I was expecting a bit of a hassle, but the service was absolutely fantastic!
They handled everything quickly and efficiently, getting me in and out in no time. The staff was friendly and helpful, with great attitudes. It was a super smooth and easy experience – exactly what you want when you're dealing with returns. Highly recommend this location!

The ups store on Williams was my last stop I was very frustrated having trouble with my returns I walked into the store I was greeted by Jerome and he offered to help me with my situation he showed me how to set up my returns on Amazon and also help me shipped a couple items as well he was very enthusiastic and made me laugh turn my bad day around and the price to ship was reasonable he was very knowledgeable I really appreciate his help and his patience with me and my ability to not know my way around Amazon app. Thank you Jerome!

I came into the store needing to ship internationally I was on a time crunch and needed to ship to Australia and Jerome made it happen he was very knowledgeable about making sure my things that are being shipped were properly wrapped and boxed. He took his time to make sure I got the best deal to ship my things he went in and showed me every price that would best fit my budget and he made it happen easy and stress free! thank you Jerome we need more people in the ups stores just like you!!!!!!

Went to the ups store for the first time got a notary done the manager Jerome was very helpful and knowledgeable he explained everything to me step by step I also needed to return a cable and internet box and he also helped me with that he was very polite and made me laugh during my whole experience will definitely be back!

I adore UPS on Williams St. they are VERY helpful and know what they are doing. They are wonderful with Amazon and Temu returns. They are friendly and it never takes more than 5 minutes before your served. They worked with me to help on a return for a half hour. It was amazing how much they care. I walk in now and they know my name. I’m there so often. I now ship by UPS. I know the package will get there in good condition. I adore my UPS store.
