They charge $10 now to hold a package on which you’ve already paid shipping to the company. Not sure if this is company-wide or just this location but I’m sick of being nickel-and-dimed for literally everything and nothing. No thanks.

Every time I come to this location they are understaffed and waits are long. Today I had an APPOINTMENT scheduled. As usual upon arrival, the line was to the door. One person working. When I had the clerks attention, I informed her I had a 930 appt (it was 928am) at this point. She looked at her computer and stated there was a bit of time still and addressed another customer that was packaging things together when I arrived and was not ready before me when I arrived. After ten more minutes of waiting, I couldn't wait anymore - day too stacked with appointments and my only day off to take care of things...I work early to late and nothing is ever open to try before or after work. I rescheduled and was charged $12.50 to do so----My complaint - if you aren't going to honor appointments, don't allow that service then. Cost me time I didn't have and money I don't have either...I have to honor times at my job and if someone calls in sick, well we still have to keep to them. My rescheduled appt will be my last visit to this location - I wish I had other choices but do not for the service needed...

Good place to drop off your Amazon returns that have to go UPS instead of Kohl's returns. Parking is a pain and the lot is all narrow, so if you have a big truck, park further out and just walk! Line is usually not too long.
