Customer service of the tellers and manager Karol extremely rude. I can't believe people like them can work with the public. No compassion poor guy in front of me that i knew, had had a stroke so he was slow to explain how he wanted his money broke down and she was so being a witch to him. Walk in their happy and leave on a0 bad mood. 46

It was not a legal holiday to be closing early. A bank should not take it upon it self to close when it feels like it.

Very unprofessional staff. Loud, obnoxious employee in the corner at the desks talking about one of the other employees schedule and when he was off or on. First thing I heard when I came in was "Okay, we're done here" as the lady is talking to the customer in front of her. As I am standing at the counter another teller is at her station next to where I was being helped loudly chewing on and eating chips. I don't usually like this branch because I typically use the drive-thru and it takes forever for them to come to the window, let alone process a simple transaction. Now that I have been inside, I understand why.

Branch manager shared my balance aloud (they're policy is to write it down or show a statement) and provided me with information I've come to find out was incorrect, after communicating with US Bank customer service.

I was treated very rudely by the women at the desk left of the front counter! My younger brother needed me to cash a check that he received from our Aunt for graduating high school. I was then stereotyped, she was looking at us as if we had done something wrong then telling me if any thing happens with this check I was held responsible. Horrible customer service and the women at the desk is the reason I will never bank at this location ever again!

Okay, so I was talked into a "no fee" military account about a year and a half ago when I came in for a notorization. I thought I might use the account. Anyway, I went into the branch today and found out they have been charging me a "dormancy" fee. Anyway, they cleaned out the account and sent it negative and then closed it. It wasn't much money but it was mine. Chrissy tried to be very helpful but it was beyond her ability to fix. She said she will talk to her manager to see if anything can be done. Not feeling very hopeful. Glad I am still with Wells Fargo and USAA. I have never had any fees at all with them.
