KC and the manager the one in the wheelchair at the branch are completely unprofessional. They don't know how to do their job they are incompetent and completely rude especially dealing with an estate matter I had just lost my parents and they were still rude throughout the whole process I ended up going to a different branch but they need to be reported to the better Business bureau and they need to be fired. Specially KC thinking she's too good for everybody. I've never seen such disrespect in my entire life or received such disrespect. I was going to open account here but after my experience at this branch my money goes elsewhere.

Needed to resolve a complex issue re the transfer of funds from an out-of-state bank. Outstanding support from the mortgage manager at this branch, even though it wasn't a mortgage issue, then additional outstanding support by the teller who guided me in executing the transfer quickly and effectively. In this instance, the service by both could not have been better.

Drive-through is been closed for many years!!! This bank needs multiple drive thru ATM’s sometimes lines are long and an extra atm would help this location!!!

Called ahead to see if I could purchase some foreign currency to have some cash in my pocket when I went abroad. They said yes. Asked if I needed to be a customer. They said no. But when I got there, they told me I needed to have an account there. To be fair, every bank I tried said the same thing, for some reason or another. It's a stupid rule. But that's why I called first. Telephone person needs lessons.
