Called ahead to see if I could purchase some foreign currency to have some cash in my pocket when I went abroad. They said yes. Asked if I needed to be a customer. They said no. But when I got there, they told me I needed to have an account there. To be fair, every bank I tried said the same thing, for some reason or another. It's a stupid rule. But that's why I called first. Telephone person needs lessons.

Due to a mix-up through online banking, my debit card was deleted. The main U.S. Bank line was no help, but gave me this branch number to see if they could help. With 12 minutes until they closed, my new card was ordered (already have my confirmation) and is being rushed to me. Thank you from 2,500 miles away, you have incredible staff! They are well trained, fast, and amazingly kind!! Thank you again!

I do not recommend going to this bank. The lobby is never open amd when asked when the door will be open again they say it will be open in 2 weeks. Here it is 2 months later and the lobby is still closed forcing everybody to use the drive threw. It will take you 20 min befor you even see the teller and then it takes another 10 min for them to complete the transaction. This has become the worst bank to to business with. I do not recommend opening or using this bank.
