I used the ATM today. They just upgraded the machine. It was very interesting-I did not hate it. It did take me a bit longer to figure things out. I am sad I left my phone in the car and wasn't able to take a picture of the new machine for y'all. I did 2 different different transactions. I did the 1st one the traditional way-by putting my card in the machine, which was fine, I just wish at the end of the transaction it would've popped my card out a bit to show me I was good to take my card instead of just saying on the screen "please take your card" with no movement of the card in the card reader. With my second transaction, I tried the tap reader for my card, but I couldn't get it to work so I ended up having to use the first method again. I'm not sure if it didn't work because of user error or because of the glare from the sun. I do have to say I like the upgraded machine, but it did take me a second to figure it out.

New to this bank and specifically asked if I could deposit checks with the phone app when opening account. Turns out you can only deposit checks $200 or less. Will be leaving this bank asap

I have withdrawn money from the drive up teller many times. This gives me a comparison of appropriate turn around time and procedures. I was not withdrawing a huge amount of money. This was a simple transaction. However. It took forever. And in fact the one teller stopped my transaction and helped the car that came at least 10 minutes after me and my transaction was started. That car left and I was still waiting for my funds. I will not be going back to this branch. Shady. The US bank in sav mart has awesome workers. Professional, considerate of time and overall great.

Will never recommend anyone to bank here. Between over the phone help, tellers and management no one has or provides the same or correct information. Even trying to fix problems in branch, both teller and management spoke with condensation and attitude when just trying to figure out the problem after being passed around from person to person. Don't put your money here, it's not safe.

I had a very unfortunate experience with the branch manager today. Instead of being treated like a customer, I was treated like a nobody. I switched banks from a big bank to this one thinking that my experience would be better, but I was wrong. I would assume if you are a branch manager you would be able to perform "under pressure". Be able to assist in any situation but instead I was treated as if my situation did not matter. I guess my time and money are not important because you feel overwhelmed by having to work in a busy environment. Oh well, I guess I'll have to go to another bank with people that want to help you and are considerate of people's circumstances. A bank that treats customers with dignity and respect. Ha!!! I make myself laugh sometimes, but a person could dream right?

We moved to this bank expecting something much better because our previous bank was kinda slow and messed up our payment bills. So we expected that this bank would be faster but we were wrong. It took the bank many days ( more than 3 days ) to post any transaction. So I guess we will stick with the big boys again because they are so fast and never mess up. So long then.
