“I had my car break down in Carson city during a cross country road trip, and I needed to get back on the road quick to catch a flight. My car was driving fine until the check engine light started blinking for a few seconds as I pulled into the city. Everybody should know that a check engine light means a severe misfire, and it’s a case to get your car towed to a repair shop. As I am on a tight schedule, I didn’t have time for an appointment to open up, so I had to do whatever repairs were required myself. I called all of the mechanics in the area and I was told the same story— no available appointments for the foreseeable future. However, the folks at Carson city servicenter went the extra mile even with their schedule being full. They told me to come in, hooked me up to their more sophisticated OBD reader, and ran a few tests to find out the issue with my vehicle. I feel so much safer knowing that there were no severe issues with the vehicle, and I am setting off to finish my trip today. Their generosity helped me complete a trip I’ve been dreaming of my whole life. Thank you to the amazing people at this place that helped me continue my journey across the country!”

You not only allowed his grandma to pay for it (grad gift) over the phone but you fixed the scratches and dents, helped fix a mechanical issue and allowed him to finance the extended warranty.
