Store manager encourages sick employees to work. Med tech in pharmacy hacking w no mask and no spare masks for customers in line for vaccines. She did not wash hands or use alcohol spray or follow protocols at all....all whilst loudly pronouncing she is sicker than a dog! We asked for store manager who never came. We will NEVER go back to this Walgreens. Where is corporate governance?

This is the worst Walgreens and pharmacy I have ever seen. The pharmacist is causing the problems. She promotes a culture that they are doing us a favor just being there.

No, they are awful. Indefinite hold times on phone, lost prescriptions, lack of in stock needed medications and awful customer service. After 20 years of trying I will never go back. Good luck to anyone who does and remember this as you wait an hour to pick up only to find out they still haven't even started to fill your prescriptions because they didn't know to bill it. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Outstanding customer service in the Pharmacy section. They work there butts off to help us. Short on employees and long hours dealing with people who dont care about saying thank you but only want to bitch. Thank yu all for what you do for me and my wife.

I went here once (pharmacy) and I’m never coming back, HORRIBLE costumer service. Lady helping me was extremely rude to me because she had to do her job ! And took it out on me. Terrible.

Walgreens has been my favorite store since Long's closed.However, have to be careful about prices we're charged. Too frequently we're charged the full price for sale items; I've learned to check every item before I leave parking lot. Last week I bought 3 cans of tuna and was charged $7.47 instead of $4.00 sales price. Cashiers receive minimal training and have no idea about what's on sale; they don't have copy of ad at register, and if the sales price has not been properly input (as is often the case), we pay full price.I'm betting the average customer pays no attention, just assumes price is right.

The biggest problem I have with this place, and Walgreens in general, is that the prices are so high. On everything. I just wanted to get a couple of gauze pads and a roll of gauze for a grease burn. Way more expensive than anywhere else.Avoid this place.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY..minimum wait time 30 to 40 minutes..they will call tell you your prescription in ready..you go down it either isn't or an entirely different prescription than what they called you about...or they will tell you you have prescriptions (more than 1) and you go down there and they only have 1..these people are so messed up..DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Steer Clear Of Their Pharmacy! It has been downhill weekly since they picked up SaveMart Pharmacy's prescriptions. Their system is crap and it lies stating "your prescription is out of stock and should be ready tomorrow". Well, after a week of that I called, was disconnected multiple times and ran into the automated loop over and over. Eventually I got a hold of a Tech who stated the warehouse is empty and has no ETA. Well, that would have been great to know a week ago..... Big box pharmacies are useless but because of regulations it is almost impossible to find and locally owned ones anymore. Of the Big boxes, the only thing worse than Walgreens is CVS. Not saying much..........

This review is for the Store in Carson City, NV. My review is towards a SPECIFIC employee, her name is Linda and she was working today (8/14/2022 @ 1:50 pm) I originally had come in to go to the pharmacy but they were closed so I decided to get a redbull and come back later, there was 2 people ahead of me waiting to check out at the front of the store, and I noticed the customer who was trying to ask Linda a question, and she was being ignored, I look over and Linda is on her phone, after about 30 seconds she looks over at the customer and says "I'll be with you in just a sec" she goes back to texting, she isn't even hiding her phone!! She scans the customers items and then goes back to texting on her phone, the older lady is waiting to get the final total so she can swipe her card, and again being ignored, after a few seconds, Linda comes back over and finishes the transactions the same pattern happens again with the customer in front of me, then when it's my turn I am literally beyond ANNOYED and again I put my redbull down on the counter and Linda is texting, she doesn't even look up at me, finally I get her attention and she scans my drink, then goes back to her phone, then about 20 seconds later comes over and asks "if I want a bag" and I decline, she tells me to swipe my card and then she goes BACK to her phone, I am waiting for the pin pad to tell me to swipe my card and she is just texting away, finally after being blatantly ignored I say "it's still saying processing... she looks up from her phone, and makes her way over to her computer and after a minute she says "I went ahead an reset it" and again BACK to her phone. I swipe my card and finish the transaction and she comes back over and waits for the receipt, at this point I'm livid and say "I don't need the receipt" she says "have a good day" and heads back to her phone! Mind you, there is now 3 people behind me waiting to be ignored!!! And treated like sh!t!!!!!I am very very big on customer service, I like to be treated with respect and at least some decency, because when I work retail, I try my best to have a smile and give every person my UNDIVIDED attention... to be treated so horribly and literally watch your representative texting on her phone, not even asking if I have a number for rewards or giving me any contact is absolutely horrible!All of this annoyance and to be treated like crap for a damn redbull!!!******* Retraining needs to happen, because I can't believe you as a company allow your CSR's to be so inconsiderate!!!Thank You,Annie

Worst walgreens and drive thru ever. Store is dirty and the line for the drive thru is always really long, I waited 1 hour behind the same truck and finally had to leave without my prescription. If someone's prescription isn't ready then have them go inside or come back later instead of holding up 8 other cars for over an hour.

Very unfriendly to seniors . Locked restrooms and nobody had the key. On top of this we went there for the 48 hour Covid test . Took the test and they told us it wouldn't be ready for 3-7 days. Never going back to this miserable managed place
