They use unauthorized, cheap replacement parts but charge you as much as OEM. The back glass was installed incorrectly on the phone that another repair shop had to fix it correctly. They never called the phone number provided when the repair was done either. Very displeased with the level of service from this place. Will never recommend nor come back for any reason. Never a good idea to take advantage of your customers! Drive the extra time to a uBreakiFix location.

They repaired my iPhone. By replacing the battery. It took two tries, but they did fix it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will return in the future.

The guys were great! Not only have they helped with whatever android or apple problem I've had but they have recommended great hikes to kill time while repairs are being done. Best and most affordable around

I was told by apple tech that the mic on my phone was bad. I called the battery plus store in Carson city and found out they could replace it for $89.99. When I dropped off the phone the technician said it would take 2 hours. Because it was late I said I would pick it up the next day. I didn't hear back from them so I called and spoke to Michael who informed me that during reassembling a pin on the memory chip was damaged and they had to send it to Reno. This was going to take 5 days! Very inconvenient considering the original time was only 2 hours. I waited the 5 days and had to call them for update. They never called me. When I picked up phone it still had the same issue. Not sure they even did the replacement. The tech made a call and came back to tell me it must be a software issue. He was pleasant but didn't have an answer for me. They only offered me a 10% discount for waiting 5 days which I complained about. In the end I received $20 off. I paid $69 and still have exactly the same issue. Phone says it can't find microphone. What's the deal if tech says it was replaced with new part. Suspect. I've used the store in the past but don't feel like it was worth the time or money this time.

Major fail. Ordered a white face plate replacement. They installed black. Got the phone home and some soft keys didn't work. Had to make another trip for them to reset the phone. After wasted time and gas, the phone is working.

They did a great job fixing my cracked Iphone 6 screen. My only complaint was that it took a few more minutes longer than expected. I was grateful it was done in one day and I didn't have to go to Reno, so overall I'm happy and the quality and customer service was great!
