With their expert knowledge and understanding of the human body, Brad \\u0026 Alina implement exercises that focus on core strength and also muscle group strength together at the same time. I have been going to classes here since I moved to Carson City. I did try a couple of other places first. I used to swear by Pilates. However this place is THE BEST I’ve ever been. I’m a skier so I need full body strength. Presently I’m loving the Rowing classes. The class involves rotations using all types of gym apparatus. I have a 6pack at age 80. The owner Brad is like going to Physical Therapy because he has so many alternatives ways to achieve your goals if you have an injury.During Covid I gained a belly I’d never ever had before. I went back to this gym and did the classes that are geared to those of us who have some movement issues. There are classes to classes suit everyone. If you think you aren’t one to be in a class, you would be surprised how motivating it can be and still have individual attention. Love my classmates too.Now I’m down to the weight I’ve easily maintained most of my life but I’m stronger than ever. The facility and pricing you can’t beat. My motto is “Never Stop Moving”. I Love this place!

Great facilities and great people! Brad and Alina have a ton of knowledge and take on a personalized caring approach to make for a great experience. Highly recomment you to try them out. Great for all levels of fitness (even beginners).

The Tidal Wave class on November 30 was taught by Alina (who co-owns the gym with her husband Brad) was so good, it got my heart ♥️ rate up, and. I was wiped out afterwards, but I felt like I had a great workout!

I've been going here for several years. I implement Brad (Functional fitness/ Physical therapy/Personal training/ Elite Fitness) & Alina (Fitness/Stretch/Personal training & Sports massage) and Alisha (Fitness, Personal training/Group classes & Outdoor classes.I am a much disabled and injured Veteran with lots of body trauma/surgeries/recoveries/issues. Well being keeps me in condition and pain free and looking good in an upscale, private, clean and friendly and family style environment. It's my one stop shop for my body well being. Their knowledge of the human body and helping to keep me moving and functioning now and as I foresee well into my later years is of paramount concern and this is the perfect place and also the best people I can recommend.I am highly knowledgeable in fitness and health and I have visited many very expensive and upscale elite health and fitness spas and I have to tell you, Well being Fitness right here in Carson City is better than many of the best I have ever attended.Not only can I attest for myself regaining better motion, flexibility and strength; I see many other patrons get looking and feeling many times better over the course of their programs.I demand the very best in products and services and my recommendations are hard earned. Brad and his team are exceptional! I started working with Brad to regain mobility and strength, and in only a few months I am as mobile as I've been in many, many years and am making huge progress repairing damage to my body that I'd long given up on repairing. I recommend Brad and his team without hesitation to anyone!

I have enjoyed working out at Well Being. Both Alina and Brad are very knowledgeable and helpful. I started working with Alina as my personal trainer to help strengthen my back for better support for my neck problems. Alina has been great with providing me with workouts that gradually increase over time. Since working with Alina I've noticed less pain in my neck.

Best massage I’ve had in years!! Alina got knots out of my shoulder that other massage therapists haven’t, and I came out so relaxed and happy. I’ll definitely be returning, would definitely recommend.

No better day then today being Thanksgiving to write this review on this gym and the awesome people that own it. I have had many injuries due to bone infections and I have worked with Alina Paula one on one to help me to get strong and healthy again. Alina has worked with me to correct my knee problems along with some deep tissue massages on me to help my body to heal faster and better. Whether you work one on one with Alina or Brad or in a group setting, they watch and work very closely with you to help you master the right moves and to prevent injuries. I love this gym and the workouts they have to offer. Clean, professional, and caring people the the owners Brad and Alina Paula are. I have been to a lot of difference gym and this is the one I am going to stay with. If you are lucky, you may even get to meet their daughter who is beautiful, sweet, smart, and funny.

Such a personalized experience even in a group setting. Brad and Alina will get you the results you're looking for, all you have to do is show up. They have helped me make my way through a 50 lbs weight loss and keep it off as well as building and toning muscle! I highly recommend Well Being!!!

I have been doing Brad Paula's Ski Fitness classes for the past 6 weeks. It meets 3 times a week for an hour and each session is 3 weeks long. I finally went skiing for the first day yesterday. I was on my Slalom skis making lots of quick short radius turns. I think I made 8 non-stop top to bottom runs at Heavenly from the Stagecoach lift. I did get aerobically tired but my body was great. No sore muscles at all today. I highly recommend this class and frankly any of Brad's classes.
