I called in today to speak to someone about my current alarm that I inherited on my home purchase. Priscilla was awesome on the phone and extremely helpful. Leaning towards renewing the service with them because of excellent service!

Rep came to the house for a home networking solution and stated that a quote would be emailed for the job. No quote and no response to my voice mail. Seems like they are only interested in selling a home alarm plan which I do not need. Poor customer service.

5 year contracts are a ridiculous thing to have to sign before you have any idea what kind of service you will (not) get. Faulty equipment, poor customer service and rarely got a call back in a timely manner. We were only able to use the service for 2 months and after much back and forth discussion, the best we were able to negotiate was to pay for 3 years instead of 5. How they can think the right thing to do is to charge for 3 years of service for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, is beyond me. There are very few options for alarm companies in Incline Village and, I for one, will not use or recommend Burgarello to anyone!!!

Horrible. 5 year contract. Pay monthly but will not fix their faulty installed equipment without paying more And do not return calls
