I pulled up to a empty parking lot. Walked inside to 3 people doing absolutely nothing. I asked if I could get my dogs shots done or schedule an appointment. They said they were talking no knew clients. I was told buy the staff they were way to busy. Never will I go back ever. Who turns down knew paying clients. Shamfull. They should all be embarrassed.

DR SANFORD IS AMAZING. Went to 3 different vets with my 2yr old Shar-Pei and none of them could handle him and one was scared of him. Dr. Sanford had no problem whatsoever. My boy is NOT aggressive at all just very timid but she was able to do full exam. Teeth, eyes, ears whole body and he was fine with it. Great job, and office staff is very nice. He even took a treat from her and has NEVER done so from anybody but his people. Can't tell you what this means to me to have a Veterinarian like Dr Sanford for me and my boy, she is awesome???

My wife and I ended up having to put our dog to sleep. It was absolutely heart breaking but every team member at this location showed compassion, patience and empathy, I cannot thank them enough. I want to say true professionalism but it was more than that. I just want to say thank you for everything on such a heart wrenching day.

emergency, dog issue on hold for 10 min, then came back and said they could not take him as they already have 5 emergencies by 8:10am, they recommended Minden CV Vet & hung up. I get staffing issues but hanging up on a customer ?

Just called to take my dog for an emergency and they turned me down and said they aren’t taking any new patients. On the website it said January but I guess they just don’t care enough to accommodate even an emergency. I hope my dog makes it for the long ride to Reno, like they recommended.

The " Doctor " diagnosed our 6 month old puppy with skin infection and prescribed heavy antibiotics. Turns out we gave our puppy that NASTY stuff and it was just a chicken food allergy. But they think they are soooooo smart. She also inferred that he had a misaligned rib. Turns out it is just the breed and he had to grown into his body. Then the " tech" who coincidentally is in the main photo on yelp wouldn't allow us to be in the back room while they gave him his second round of shots. All of a sudden we heard a yelp and it was heartbreaking. We knew it was our lil guy. Come to find out after we complained that they can come out to the car and do the same vaccination. We VOWED to never go back. And we have not. That female Doctor was clueless. Instilled ZERO confidence in us. And that tech? No bedside manners what so ever in our case. I wish we never went there. Heavy doses of Antibiotics for NOTHING. Not good.

The Doctor here saved my cat's life!
I had taken my cat previously to another Vet (Doc's Vet) in Carson, and they sent me away with nothing different than to charge another high price for the same tests they have done previously. My cat was on her death bed due to kidney disease. I took her directly over to Dayton Valley Vet nearby, and he immediately knew what was going on. By the way, this was a year ago, and my cat is doing great! Thank you to Dr. Vining and Dr. Meyer, my cat lived another 2 years.

Had a appointment secluded for 3:50pm and got stuck in traffic called to see if we can be 5 to 10mins late and they wanted us to reschedule after driving from wellington,NV only to get turned around waste gas and them try to reschedule us on January 10th when it's dec 22 right now. Shows how they have sympathy for Animals and shows they really don't care. I would not recommend this veterinarian for your Animals.
