First and foremost if you choose to use this salon go ahead of time to locate the salon. I had to go around all the business offices to locate the shop which was the last isles I went down. DO Not go to Justine herself. She isn't very understanding at all. I was a few minutes late and she wouldn't take me, after I waited 6-7 weeks for the appointment for a color. I explained that a UPS vehicle was blocking my driveway which prevented me from leaving. She still wouldn't take me because she had another client coming in at 2:00. If she had lead with " I have a client coming in and I do multiple clients at once" and went from there. "Rather than your late" I would have been more understanding.

Justine's is AMAZING! I see Justine herself and I trust my hair to NOBODY else!! She's super nice, crazy good, trustworthy and reliable plus....have you SEEN her baby girl? (I didn't want to disrespect her by disclosing her name sorry). Justine always does the best job in cut AND does the best color around. I would recommend Justine over anyone in Reno or Carson even! She's VERY popular though so you may have to wait a minute for an appointment but it's well worth it!

Wonderful place to have your hair and nails done. Very friendly ladies working there and they take their time to cut and style your hair the way you want. Your haircut is not rushed in 15 min. Very relaxing a d friendly atmosphere .I hope they never close.
