Pharmacy Counter people act like children. Very rude. They do not take pride in there work. It shows and I would not trust them .I Would much rather drive to Carson City.

Can be hit or miss on items but has gotten better on keeping major items/fan favorites in stock. Variety has disappeared a bit from the store.The store is always clean and the staff members are always friendly and helpful.

Smiths pharmacy has a terrible reputation regarding their reviews and how they treat their customers. They are very rude and condensending. They can not handle the volume of business they are receiving from this community. When people go to urgent care or emergency, they most likely are in need of their medication immediately due to pain or whatever the need may be. That's why they went to Urgent care or emergency in the first place. This community is in dire need of another pharmacy that treat their customers with better respect and empathy. And can relieve Smiths Pharmacy of their lack of ability to genuinely care for the Dayton community. I suggest writing to your congressman and or chamber of congress like I have done. Dayton is growing rapidly... we need another pharmacy period...Smiths pharmacy could care less especially the people that work there. They must hate their job. If I could give 0 stars I would but not an option.

Picked up a rice bowl for dinner, since I was working on a project. Time was limited. This is the last time I do this. The bowl was 90% rice and an extremely thin layer of meat and sauce. While it tasted good, I would suggest stopping a Panda Express for something other than rice.

Pharmacy techs need to remember without us they would have no job. They are there to provide service to us. It is unpleasant for us to even go there with their attitude.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Prescriptions are never filled on time. I had to make three trips to get my medication. Please save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

Hands down a fantastic place to shop. Plus the Perks from using the free member rewards program give your dollars more bang for the buck. I have to buy groceries so why not get the discounted gas for the same money I'd spend elsewhere. And many times is a Fantastic one stop shop too.

6/13/23 ...6 weeks now and still no ice tea in the juice isle. Asked for the manager and asked why there is never any ice tea. His very smug response was we don't order any products here, we just get whatever corporate wants to send. So your telling me you have no control or you can not request items that might be a good seller? "Yup" I swear this is probably why most of the employees just don't give a damn. Smiths Dayton is just sad...

I placed a refill order on the Smith's app for pick up 6 hours later. I went to pick up my refills at the time I reserved and the technician said they don't use the app for refill orders and said it would be another hour wait. Clueless technician working there

we moved here from vegas, cheyenne and rainbow smiths. You call and they answer within 3 rings. These people do not answer their phone it's been ringing 20 minutes now and still no answer. no even can you hold. nothing. so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an issue about a year ago, after the walkout of most employees. Switched to a pharmacy in Carson , though we've in Dayton. Things improved after a few months, in Smiths, so switched back. Fine for a while. Then now, again, long lines , etc...another walk out maybe ? I dropped off a script 2 days ago , was told it would be ready later that day. Went back today to pick up...was told it wasn't ready. This is for a sleep med that I am out of. I just called to check...still ready. Time to switch again. ??

The store looks ok however they're deli and fried chicken is awful. The last 2 times we have gotten fried chicken from the deli it's been dry and old but yet you have to pay full price for it.

Just left Smiths. So embarrassing! I accidentally did not scan my short ribs and here comes the self checkout cashier. I get it she's doing her job. Now I bought much more expensive food than those ribs, yet I scanned all my other items. After all that, here come like 2 to 3 managers and stand by. Wow!. I get it people steal a lot!!!. Anyway I've had a very difficult year and sometimes as humans we don't do things right. I thought I had scanned it and did not. It was just very embarrassing. I'm giving it 4 stars because they have a friendly staff. Awesome store. Was just uncomfortable. Not the first time this has happened. I don't like going to the actual cashier because I like my items bagged a certain way. Also the less people touch my food the better.

Drove all the way from Tahoe to vet antibiotics. Was so glad to get there 5 minutes before listed close time. They wefe just closing gate. Please wait unt actual official close time!This store has remodled, however, they needed to get new managment and better customer service. Already discontinued several items i refularly buy. You will not vet my buainesa again! And spreading the word.

This store is the worst. I've shopped at Ralph's and Fry's stores in other states and they were great, This store needs decent management and they need it fast. Usually only two checkers working with 10-20 people at a time doing self-check. 3 out of 4 times I am overcharged from the price shown on the shelf. Consistently out of on-sale items, and many bare shelves and freezer space. So today they were out of asparagus that was one of the weekly sale items on their app. I asked for a rain check and was told they can't give rain checks on the weekly sale items. I asked to speak with a manager who confirmed this. She then said more is coming in tonight. What the heck? I'm not coming back tomorrow, spending $5 on gas to save $2 on asparagus. If you don't have the expertise to place orders properly and have enough stock so as not to run out on the 2nd day of the weekly sale, at least issue rain checks. Good thing for them to have a captive market with little in the area for food shopping. I can only hope that changes in the future.
