Me and my son drop of the uhall at 2pm on Friday it been 30 minutes now he haven't come out from the offices, he didn't come out until 2:45pm. When we rented the uhall in Henderson on Thursday on the 09/9/2021 the lady on the counters says that will require $100. Deposit, when we drop of the uhall truck, they will give us the $100.00 back right there right than, nothing about refund will come a form of check in 10 business days. She didn't say that's at all. If you don't know how the refund works please don't assume we will get cash back after we drop it off that's it a good customer service, research your information before you giving out the details, don't make it up.
