Shoshana is the reason I come to Dayton Verizon. I will not go into Verizon unless she is there. She is intelligent and respectful. Cody is the person training today and I can tell he's gonna be a great addition to the team. She shows me the new products and I love the way she actually cares about her guests. Cannot recommend more!

I won't leave any stars for this place at all. I was told by Shoshana that she would be in today to help me with a new phone and watch. I show up and the ONE person that they have on duty is on lunch for an hour. I know they need breaks but to schedule only one person is way way wrong. After today I will be making the drive to Carson or even Reno. They get this place back up and running and then transfer the good people to other places leaving the clueless to run the place. The one person there today also was one of the better ones and helped me out but the other person I mentioned was no help at all. Very incomplete information and left me hanging

My cell phone of 3 yrs was giving out so needed a new phone.Ruben was very nice and so patient with me, Jullian was there and training he also was great. After 2 hrs was decided I'd go back next day. On this day, Ruben,Julian and Shoshana were there. Shoshanna is very knowledgeable, nice. All 3 assisted me and Shoshana would explain things to the guys. All 3 told me no worries any questions don't hesitate to come in.
