About WM - Sutro Transfer Station
WM, formerly Waste Management, is a North America largest residential recycler that provides residential and commercial recycling pickup services you can trust, with 99%+ reliable pickup rates. Customers report weekly trash pickup that is consistently on‑time and reliable. The service is dependable, friendly, and the equipment is clean. The company rarely changes schedules and reminds users what to recycle versus trash. Some users note the monopoly control of local waste disposal and wish for curbside yard‑waste pickup. Others wish for less charge when using the service only twice a month. Overall, many describe the experience as one of the best customer experiences with a service organization.
