I love the variety of shops that they have at the Mandalay but the problem is that they open so late in the day. Now I can't say that there is something for everyone because they are really niche shops in there and Some places and vendors aren't that helpful. But I would leave it up to you to walk through for yourself and see if there's anything that catches your eye.
