Was looking forward to having delicious chicken as I’ve always known it to be (in CA) and was disappointed! The chicken was overcooked so badly that you couldn’t even crack it to get to the chicken and when I did, it was very dry. It should have been tossed out at the counter and replaced with fresh. Called manager in charge but wanted to leave a review so when other patrons come in, don’t accept overcooked chicken; ask them to make fresh.

It seems like every time I use the restrooms, it is almost always dirty. No tp on the roller. I want to report this to customer service but I get too busy and forget! There’s no men or ladies bathrooms and you can almost always tell when a male used the bathroom. Urine all over the seats. Disgusting! There’s no male or female restrooms! Your store needs to have janitors check bathrooms for your customers! My rant!

My question is why do women have to use the same restrooms as men?? Mens pee all over the toilet seats! When we sit down the seat is wet.. your pants get wet from the pee on the toilet.. its sick!.. so now your walking around the store and wherever, smelling like someone's pee or whatever it is.. DISGUSTING!!.. I liked it better when it was separate restrooms..

I'm so over corporate America. They make billions a year and they can't even allow you to use their restrooms. They had out of order signs on both bathroom doors. We stopped to grab lunch, a coffee and use the restroom. We left. I'm not spending my $ at a place that can't be bothered to let your use the restroom.

Idk who is making the sandwiches, sides and fried chicken in the hot food section but you are amazing and I hope you get a raise! Great service, clean store! The broccoli salad is bomb! The Italian Sandwhich is bomb! Mac salad, potato salad & the fried chicken is better than KFC!

Love whomever is in charge of hiring the nicest staff I've ever run into. Every employee was way more than friendly and very informative. Outstanding job !!! Also. Everyone is always helpful, but the morning staff are always so happy to see you and the evening staff has gotten better with their customer service.
