“Amazingly well maintained property, the admin and maintenance staff are super friendly and quick to respond to any questions you have and you can even get a hold of them in person in the leasing office during the week. The apartments are modern and comfortable with great amenities that you'd be hard pressed to find in a lot of apartment rentals in Elko. If you are relocating for work I'd definitely recommend seeing if they have a apartment available the process of moving in and out on short notice was painless.”
“I’ve live here at Villa At Riverside for a little over 2 years now, I do give his place 5 stars! They are always fast, friendly when it comes to maintenance issues. I have not had any problems or issues here with staff, neighbor’s or anything! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I absolutely love my apartment … 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom. Thank you everyone at Villas you are all amazing!”
“Cathy is great and she is very willing to work with you. Armando and Arnaldo are also great and very willing to help you if you need it with the apartment. No fire extinguisher, the faucets clog, walls are thin but not paper thin, and be careful with the tap water it sometimes comes out cloudy( I sadly drank some unknowingly and got sick).”

This was a clean well kept place very safe with gates on public restrooms with push button codes to get in to pool hot tub area and restrooms
Landscaping is beautiful and amenities with clean comfortable easy access
We were only here one night
But plan to make it a place we choose when on this route next time
Food and drinks: This didn’t really apply to us being in the tv park overnight
But we noticed the availability”
