“Amazingly well maintained property, the admin and maintenance staff are super friendly and quick to respond to any questions you have and you can even get a hold of them in person in the leasing office during the week. The apartments are modern and comfortable with great amenities that you'd be hard pressed to find in a lot of apartment rentals in Elko. If you are relocating for work I'd definitely recommend seeing if they have a apartment available the process of moving in and out on short notice was painless.”
“Very clean and updated apartments especially for the price.
Ive never had any issues with my neighbors or landlord. Any time i need repairs the landlord is quick to reply and the maintenance men get it fixed right away. They are all also very nice. Parking is easy and spacious and the entire complex is kept clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend this complex over any in elko!”
“I’ve live here at Villa At Riverside for a little over 2 years now, I do give his place 5 stars! They are always fast, friendly when it comes to maintenance issues. I have not had any problems or issues here with staff, neighbor’s or anything! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! I absolutely love my apartment … 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom. Thank you everyone at Villas you are all amazing!”

“This is a tough one. Great park BUT for the train which started blowing its horn every hour from 9:30 PM to 1230 midnight then started again at 4:30 AM. I loved it there but for the train.”
