“Jennifer has photographed my family on fiffent occasions. Each time my kids are bratty and not willing. I appreciate the time, patience, and effort that comes with the photos taken. Pictures will keep my memory sharp when I old and don't remember. Thank you again Jennifer!!!”
“After breakfast at McAdoo's I stopped by Rolling Rock, expecting it would be filled with cutesy country crafts and tourist garbage. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to find fossils, minerals and best of all a wide selection of eclectic sciency toys, like plastic organs in a tube and plushie infectious bacteria and vectors. I came away with a plastic badger, vintage anatomy poster and a brain ice cube tray, score!”
“This museum is a must-see for one reason: taxidermy. It has an incredible collection of taxidermy from animals all around the globe. There are sections for simply Nevada animals, North American animals as a whole, animals from Africa, animals from the Arctic, and more. There is even a crocodile that someone hunted in Egypt and then moved across the world to this museum.
To say that I was amazed would be an understatement. I was never an avid fan of taxidermy, but these exhibits blew all my expectations and impressed me beyond what I could fathom. The fact that so many animals from all around the world are preserved for display in this small town must be seen. Some are even preserved in poses, looking like they are still stalking their prey, or that they may come alive at any moment as you’re observing them. Come see this museum, it was one of the best I have ever seen.”
