Called for a price check, I had to call 4 times for someone to pick up then as soon as they picked up I got put on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Then I hung up. Called back and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me. Will never do business here again!!

I've been waiting on my battery for nearly 2 weeks now, I went in and they said they haven't processed it. I'm irritated because I need my car.. it's the only vehicle I have.

Orileys was closed so I called here. Mike was the one to answer. I didn't know what I was really doing in buying spark plugs and cables.He went through step by step letting my know what I needed and went out of his way to help me out. Idk that's just a small town thing or whatnot, but places are not this helpful in big cities. Was definitely an awesome suprise.

Customer service has gotten better in the past year. I do wish employees had access to part location pictures when looking up parts for customers.

Only 2 employees and neither of them wanted to wait on customers. 2 out of 3 customers left and I don't blame them.
