Our car broke down, we called everywhere and finally got Stephanie with Avis. We managed to get our family of 6 to Elko and she was great in getting us a ride to fit us all. So thankful for her patience and kindness.

After enterprise failed to be helpful or have any options for me, I came to Avis and they had so many more options and were able to help me short notice too.
All my car rentals will be from here from now on
