Absolutely incredible. All the ladies were very helpful and informative about all the products. The manager was right on point and her abilities to make the hat that I bought perfect was amazing. Never had a better experience this food barn is by far one of the best ones I’ve had the privilege of visiting with me and my friends. Keep up the great work and will be seeing you in the future.

My first time ever in a boot barn it was a dope experience have everything you need from work gear or to even have you looking right for any rodeos or PBR events. Bella was very nice & helpful making sure I was good & found everything I needed, I’m highly satisfied with my visit will definitely be going back for a cowboy hat soon.

They have a ton of reflective gear after the remodel. They also have hardhats and a lot more steel toe boots. If you work at the mine, check this place out for your gear.

First time going to a Boot Barn , and it's a nice store , Bill helped us with our shopping amazing gentlemen, so helpful,kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right boots over $300.00 later but it's hard to find good service, what a great guy , you are lucky to have him such a nice associate.

This place is an absolute joke I would not even waste time walking through the door. As soon as you step foot inside someone will be right there asking what you are looking for without giving you a chance to look and then will not leave you alone the whole time. Just as bad as a used car salesman

The contractors they hired left a mess all over the parking lot and surrounding area. No one is cleaning it up.

I bought a ring there for$16. I was not gone for even 10 minutes and it broke. The cashier did not give me a receipt with my stuff, so I didn't have one to return or exchange it. We were in there for at least 10 minutes and ended up leaving the store without the broken ring AND without my money!!! I have purchased thousands of dollars of stuff from there and their poor customer service, except Andrea who was trying to help, has resulted in me no longer doing business at Boot Barn. Hope you enjoy my $16!!!! That is theft!

Women's selection wasn't as great as I had hoped, but I was still able to find a pair that worked for me. I could've also ordered online, but I wanted something Now. They also helped me with extras I wanted, such as better laces and boot care products. They also let me know at the register about the 30-day exchange program & 1 yr defect policy. I've been a Red Wing customer for over 15 yrs, but I think Boot Barn just won me over!Thank you, Elko store, for Great customer service!!
