I like a good bacon king myself. The taste is distinctive and satisfying, a testament to their unique cooking method. Their app deals and drive-thru efficiency make for a convenient experience that suits my busy lifestyle.However, the inconsistency in customer service here, isnt bad, but could use some work. While some outlets provide a warm welcome and swift service, others seem to lag, with staff appearing disengaged and service times unpredictable. This inconsistency can be a bit of a letdown, especially when you’re expecting the standard Burger King is known for.Rating Burger King with 4 stars for their delicious food and overall convenience. With a more consistent focus on customer service excellence, they could easily become the go-to fast food joint for even more people.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are all labeled.Parking: Pretty small parking lot, but plenty of space with the shared lot at Kohls.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair parking but will be difficult to maneuver with the entrance and seating.

This spot is so unprepared for delivery that when I show up having placed an online order for myself, they delay my order and force me to wait because they think I am picking up a delivery order. Should not be on Door Dash.

My whopper was totally screwed up and didn’t find out until I got home. I called the store and someone kept hanging up on me. I finally got someone to answer. Colena or some version of that name was very very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the GM. If she’s the GM then why is she so rude and condescending?!? She made it sound like I was lying. She seriously needs to be sent to a class or something to learn something about customer service skills.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that Melissa is a great manager and always has a great attitude. So my bf my cousin and I all stopped in for dinner. Well the staff wasn’t very friendly. The guy who took the order was very sweet. Mind you I ordered on the app. The lady at the window was very rude. They didn’t get our order right at all even tho I said that one of the burgers CANNOT have tomato on it and yet they still put it on there. 1/10 Won’t be ordering from here again unless I have to.

Went there twice in a row now late night getting burned inedible patties in my burger . The looked liked some one picked them from the trash I'm not even exaggerating black hard as a rock .so whatever I give them another try this time I order the patties fresh .... Nope . Some old patties and wrong order . I done. The quality has gone downhill and the prices are just ridiculous.

This place is f terrible. They don't understand this is not Good food it's Fast food. Not only is the service super low they almost always screw up my order. They hire the cheapest labor in town that doesn't pay attention... SAD!!!
