I took my car in for an estimate for my front bumper and after looking at it, they told me they could fix it without getting a new bumper. Fixed the bumper right then and there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

When we picked up our Camry, you couldn't tell that anything had ever happened to it. Beautiful job! The next day though, we realized the stereo was malfunctioning. I brought it back and they fixed the problem right away. Adrian in the office even dropped me off a work and picked me back up when it was finished. I highly recommend this place! Thanks so much.

This was a very disappointing experience. After waiting months to get my car in. I also had to wait a month to get it fixed. When I got my Jeep back it was raining and they were closing so it was a fast inspection. When I got home I noticed there was chipped paint on the new hood that was supposed to be freshly painted. The remote start did not work due to missing a latch on the hood and the lights inside the jeep would not turn off for the same reason. I also noticed a missing piece in the center of the grill. As well as the piece behind the grill looking smashed and as if it was not in correctly. When I spoke to the auto body mechanic about the grill. He stated “I don’t know I never owned one of these before.” So I then proceeded to show him pictures of what it looked like previously and sent pics of what the grill should look like to the front lady. He then said he would order the parts and new clips and would call me to bring it back. Upon getting it back the third time I noticed the tire cover popping out, the front bumper popping out, and there was a gap between the headlights that were suppose to be flush. When I brought it in and showed the front lady she told me to bring it in and they would fix it. When I brought it in the auto body mechanic was outside and stated that there was nothing they could do. He said he didnt want to order more clips as they had already ordered them twice. mind you if it was done right the first and second time they would not need to be ordered a third time. He stated the parts were not flush due to after market parts and stated I would have to take it up with my insurance. They charged my insurance around 8,000 dollars. When I said isn't it suppose to be put back together the way it was before the accident he said “I don't know what to tell you.” He refused to fix the car and not professional at all. The front desk Lady Adrian was very professional and friendly. She was the best part of the service. But, I would probably never take my car there again.

The owner Larry was great. My insurance was going to deem my vehicle totaled, so I did not go through my insurance. Larry worked with me.
All of his staff was great.The secretary Irina was awesome.Every time I came in, she had an answer for me or got the answer for me.If she didn't know it, the guy's in the back were wonderful, they got my car in and fixed in a timely manner, and when they said it was going to be done, it was done would recommend them any time.Thank you kim jones

This place used to be amazing… but now it’s not. They didn’t send the quote to my insurance but booked our repair for 2 months out. We drop off the truck and my insurance knew nothing. Then they ordered the wrong parts, then let the guy leave work early instead of finishing our truck. So it was an extra 4 days sitting there. I asked for the owner/manager to call me and nothing. The girl that used to work there was great. The new girl doesn’t know anything and is absolutely RUDE and not helpful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

After getting my car back, I noticed the car's body was completely buffed and interior vaccumed. Service beyond what I expected.

The best in town hands down. They have worked on two of our vehicles, one just a door that was hit and damaged and the other a full front fix from a head on collision. Both times we received the cars back like new. They do pride themselves in their work and it shows. Communication is top notch and they are very helpful with any questions. Only place we will take our cars for any collision work.

Was told in November that they could get my car done in February. I call in March because no one has called me, they said it would be another month wait. Needless to say, I still haven't received a call for "my turn" as they called it.

I got backed into at a stop sign in November last year. When I called the body shop they said “if you make an appointment you won’t get in until January, so what we’ll do is order the parts for you when they get here we will call you and you can come in and we’ll fix your car for you” It is now May 2023 and I have never gotten a call from collision auto body. I will be going somewhere else
